    Function updbRollback

    • Undoes what the snapshot covers, and says what it does not.

      Only legal from halted. Leaves maintenance mode ON, because restoring the bookkeeping puts the site back to "updates pending" against a tree that is now the NEW code -- which is precisely the state the fence exists for. The operator either redeploys the old pack or fixes the cause and starts a new run.
