transformations per MONTH on free, and it fails as a hard cap rather than as a bill. Ten image
styles over 2,000 images is 20,000, four times over, and images simply stop being transformed
partway through the month with nothing reporting it.
Monthly, so unlike every other meter here it does NOT clear at midnight -- which is why it warns
on the projection rather than on a reading. By the time a count crossed the line the month would
already be spent, and the only remedies (drop a style, cut the image count) take effect next month.
